• To Supervise And Provide Direction And Guidance To Other Employees Including The Ability To Assist In The Provision Of Onjob- Training And Induction Along With Monitoring Performance, Progress, And Reporting Back To Management. This May Include Disciplinary Action As Directed By And In Consultation With Management.
• To Monitor Safe With Practices And Adhere To Safety Measurement Put In Place By Amcor By Ensuring The Health, Safety, Cleanliness And Security Of The Work Environment And Staff. This Will Require You To Direct Staff, Providing On-job-training Were Needed And Implementing Occupational Health And Safety Procedures. Any Unsafe Practices Should Be Reported To The Company OHSE Manager Immediately.
• Manage And Implement The Warehouse Roster And Ensure There Are Enough Trained Staff To Meet Workload And Demands All In Line With Budget Allocation. This Will Also Cover Approval And Management Of Warehouse Staff Leave Rosters.
• Effective Communication With Other Departments, Staff Groups, And Customers As Required.
• Deliver And Fulfil And Other Task Or Objectives As Directed By Management.
• To Liaise With Freight Agencies And Ensure Timely Collection Of Goods, Reconcile Deliveries In And Out And Report Any Variance To Management.
• Preparation And Reconciliation Of Regular Company Reports, Stock Movement, Deliveries, Etc. As Instructed By Management.
• To Oversee And Direct All Waste Management Related Tasks. It Is Vital You Ensure All Waste Is Appropriately Disposed Of Properly And Safely. If Required Suggest Or Research New Ways Of Limiting Our Waste Output And Contribution To Landfill.
• To Complete All Tasks Assigned Within Set Time Frames To The Best Of Your Ability
• To Maintain The Physical Condition Of The Warehouse And Surrounding Areas By Planning And Implementing New Design Layouts, Inspecting Equipment, Issuing Work Orders For Repairs And Completing Requisitions For Replacements.

• Current role as warehouse and logistic Manager minimum 5 years experienced
• Handle complex manufacturing warehouse with a huge SKU
• Detail oriented in good warehouse practices
• Strong history background on warehouse logistic with outperform / superior performance
• Certified on Warehousing and logistic, customs or equivalent will be considering
• Coming from reputable industries / companies
