Job Description:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Implement and manage processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and meet customer demand.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal stock availability by managing reorder points.
- Oversee loading and unloading processes, ensuring the proper handling of materials and products.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies regarding warehouse safety and operational procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and 4 years in managerial role.
- Have experience in the FMCG/Food & Beverage industry.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage a team and meet tight deadlines.
