Job Description:
- Oversee daily receiving, storage, and dispatch operations in accordance with company SOPs.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation, especially for products with expiry dates.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and real-time stock reporting.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with GMP, HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Plan, allocate, and supervise daily tasks for warehouse staff, including receiving, packing, and shipping.
- Set, monitor, and evaluate warehouse team KPIs.
- Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of deliveries to outlets, central kitchens, and customers.
- Oversee warehouse, logistics, and transportation operations to ensure product integrity and service quality.
- Develop and implement warehouse and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and food safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain, including at least 2 years in a Manager or Assistant Manager position.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of FIFO and FEFO inventory management.
- Familiar with GMP, HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Experienced in inventory management, stock control, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution, and transportation management.
- Good leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
