• Creative Content Production:- Conceptualize, Produce, And Deliver High-quality Photographs And Video Content Aligned With The Recordon Studio Brand And Communication Objectives.
• End-to-End Production:- Manage All Stages Of Photography And Video Production, Including Project Conception, Filming/photographing, Capturing Professional-quality Audio, Meticulous Editing, Distribution, And Archiving.
• Equipment Proficiency:- Set Up, Manage, And Operate Various Production Equipment, Including Cameras, Audio And Video Recorders, Lighting Equipment, And Microphones, Both For Location And Studio Production.
• Client Engagement:- Meet With Clients, Understand The Scope Of Work, And Collaborate Closely To Achieve Their Vision, Ensuring The Best Results.
• Editing Expertise:- Edit And Enhance Photographs And Videos Using Industry-standard Software For Optimum Results For Print, Web, And Other Mediums Promptly.
• Software Skills:- Proficiency In Using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, And Other Relevant Software. Experience With Davinci Resolve And Grading Is A Plus And Proficiency In MS Office And Computer Literacy.

• Diploma or relevant qualifications in Film Studies, Photography, Mass Communication, or related field with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Photography & Videography skills must be demonstrated with a strong portfolio of work and/or video showreel.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Some knowledge of grading and sound mixing is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
