Job Description:
- Directly Reporting To CEO
- Leading, Grooming And Define The KPI Of Technical Business Analyst And Business Process Analyst
- Supports The Sales Representative And Leads The Technical Aspect Of The Selling Process Including The Developing And Conducting Of Professional Product And The Company's Value Presentations And Demonstrations
- Builds Trusted Relationships With Sales Teams And Client Accounts, Such That They Can Leverage Their Domain And/or Business/industry Expertise To Increase The Company's Credibility And Communicate The Company Value Proposition Primarily In Sales Situations That Advance The Sales Of Software
- Carrying Out Tender Responses (ex :RFI / RFP, Etc), Answering And Expanding On Functional / Technical Requirements / Due Diligent Within Complex Tender Documents Of Potential Clients
- Work With The Product Team To Develop And Deliver Outstanding Client Specific Needs That Support Each Stage Of The Conversation Throughout The Sales Cycle
- Facilitate Client Workshops And Requirement Gathering To Uncover Details Of Business Challenges And Opportunities, Identifying Strategic Business And Technology Goals And KPIs That Can Be Achieved Through The Utilisation Of Our Services
- Provide Creative, Yet Viable Solutions To Identified Client Needs, Utilising Extensive Product Vision And Technical Expertise
- Provide Direct Market Feedback To Product Team That Can Be Used To Influence Or Provide Feedback On Product Road Map Items
- On Boarding, Training, And Knowledge Sharing Sessions
- Manage End To End Client Project Delivery
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or Advanced Degree from leading university
- 15 years experience working in a Presales client facing
- 5 years experience in SaaS / Enterprise sales cycle
- Having a strong knowledge and experience in finance will be an advantage
- Have a good communication and presentation skill
- High proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
- Ability to translate customer business objectives into scoping requirements
- Effective analytical skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Good at troubleshooting
