Job Description:
- Own The Engineering Roadmap And Strategy
- Build And Optimize OKR Target For Engineering
- Review Strategy, Release, Portfolio, Epics, Features Roadmap
- Lead, Define, Represent, And Communicate Engineering Strategy To Multiple Stakeholders
- Develop Budgets And Forecasts For Projects And Resources
- Identify Opportunities To Automate Processes And Help To Implement Potential Solutions
- Provide Scalable Engineering And Supportability Deliverables, Resulting In Products And Services With More Efficiency, Lower Risk, And Reduced Customer Impact
- Provide Mentorship And Technical Direction To Team-members And Evangelize Practices And Methodologies
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager at a fast-growing startup or tech company
- Experienced working with Python, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, Docker
- Experienced with AWS cloud infrastructure systems
- Experienced scaling team in startups
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- A curious mind who always proactively seeks feedback and broader perspectives
