Job Description:
- Coordinate With The Work Unit To Prepare The Implementation Of The Maintenance And Repair Process Of Equipment/utility, Building & Facility.
- Analyze Technical And Non-technical Problems That Occur In The Work Unit To Find The Root Cause, Take Corrective Action, And Measure Its Effectiveness.
- Coordinate With Related Departments And Work Units If There Is A Process Of Maintenance And Repair Of Equipment/utility, Building & Facility Running Smoothly In Accordance With The Expected Targets.
- Plan And Determine Maintenance And Repair Methods Along With Work Facilities That Support Productivity.
- Monitor Maintenance And Repair Achievements
- Analyze Potential Or Risks Encountered During The Implementation Of The Maintenance And Repair Process,
- Make Montly Reports, Corrective Actions, And Spare Parts Needs.
Job Requirements:
- Graduated from major Technic is necessary/
- At least 5+ years of experience in utility management of manufacture
- Mastering Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 Hygiene & Product Safet, SHE Policy, Packaging Safety Standart for manufacturer ( FSSC 22000, BRC IoP, and related).
