Job Description:
- Working Closely With Superior To Develop The Strategic Plan And Program To Achieve Sales Targets.
- Create A Guideline (SOP) To Execute The Plan.
- Drive Team To Execute Plan And Control The KPI Result. Maintain A Strong Relationship With The Vendor.
- Drive Continuous Improvement In Product And Program. Provide Accurate Market Data Analysis.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years in the travel industry with at least 3 years on a managerial level.
- Good knowledge of train industry is an advantage.
- Strong in analytical and reporting.
- Familiar with program planning.
- Strategical thinking.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Capable to work with minimum supervision
