Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Ensure proper specification and application of hydraulic products to support project and business growth.
- Provide technical consultation, product training, and support to distributors and end-users.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to provide strategic insights to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in related industry, including at least 3 years in Senior Sales Engineer or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or Business with technical background; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of industries such as mining, construction, power plant, plantation, and industrial engineering.
- Solid technical knowledge in large-scale engineering projects and proven project management experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial/business acumen skills.
