Job Description:
- Conduct Outbound Telemarketing To Upsell/cross-sell Company Products To Existing Customers And New Prospect Leads
- Meet Sales Quota And Facilitate Future Sales
- Keep Records Of Calls And Sales And Note Useful Information
- Delivers Actual Sales Based On Target Set Per Month
- Develop And Sustain Solid Relationship With Customers To Encourage Repeat Business And Remain Satisfied With Company Products And Services
- Converts Difficult Leads Into Customers
- Providing Brand Recognition By Leaving Customers Or Clients With An Excellent Impression Of A Company Through Effective Customer Relations, Empathy And Effective Communication Skills
- Creates And Updates Activity Report Which Covers The Number Of Calls, Leads, Customers, Sales And Other Statistics That Can Help Increase Revenue
- Meet Monthly And Quarterly Sales Goals According To The Company's Revenue Targets
Job Requirements:
- College graduate of Marketing or any related course
- Atleast 1 year experience as Telesales Specialist or similar customer service or sales role
- Proven experience in selling products and services directly to consumers
- Hands on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
- Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality
- Team player with good time management skills
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
