Job Description:
- Understand Customer's Need And Recommend Suitable Product To Achieve Customer's Financial Goals.
- Contacting Customer From Query In The System.
- Introducing Or Offering Product To Potential Customer In A Professional Manner.
- Able To Sell And Cross Selling Product To Potential Customer.
- Input Data , Update Product-related Information And Customer Data To The System.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma degree from any fields.
- Have min. 1 year experience in telesales or customer service.
- Good communication skills.
- Honest person with good integrity.
- Highly adaptive to fast-paced working environment.
- Have a good understanding about banking or insurance product will be an advantage.
