Job Description:
- Acquisitions Potential Customer Over The Phone
- Performing Scraping To Identify Potential Customers
- Building Great Relations With Your Customers Over The Phone Or Whatsapp
- Handling Shipper Problematic Case
- Advising Your Customers On The Best Products For Them To Use
- Managing Your Pipeline In Our CRM And Keeping Management Up To Date Of Your Progress
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (experienced in a logistic company would be a plus)
- Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent
- Good at operating Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets
- Good communication and presentation skill
