Job Description:
- Presenting Products To Customers And Establishing Strong Relationships With Them
- Use Scripts To Provide Information About Product’s Features, Prices Etc. And Present Their Benefits
- Ask Pertinent Questions To Understand The Customer’s Requirement
- Effectively Use Sales Techniques To Deal With Sales Prospects
- Create A Good Sales Strategy To Achieve Targets
- Good At Handling Data, And Create Weekly Recap
- Analyze Behaviour And Make A Good Relationship With Potential Customer
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education of Bachelor Degree
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
