Job Description:

We're Looking For A Driven And Articulate Telemarketing Sales Consultant To Join Our Team In Singapore! You'll Play A Key Role In Promoting Our Innovative Learning Management System (LMS) And Comprehensive Headhunting Services To Businesses In Singapore, All Through A Consultative Approach.


  • Prospect Generation & Qualification:
    • Utilize Various Lead Generation Techniques To Identify And Qualify Potential Clients Interested In LMS Solutions And Headhunting Services.
    • Conduct In-depth Research To Understand Client Needs And Challenges.
  • Consultative Selling:
    • Develop Strong Relationships With Potential Clients Through Engaging Phone Conversations.
    • Act As A Trusted Advisor, Effectively Presenting The Benefits Of Our LMS Platform And Headhunting Solutions To Address Their Specific Needs.
    • Overcome Objections And Skillfully Guide Prospects Through The Sales Cycle.
  • Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management:
    • Secure Qualified Appointments For Our Sales Team To Close Deals.
    • Effectively Manage Your Sales Pipeline, Tracking Progress And Following Up With Leads.

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing sales or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Singapore business landscape a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred.
