Job Description:
We're Looking For A Driven And Articulate Telemarketing Sales Consultant To Join Our Team In Singapore! You'll Play A Key Role In Promoting Our Innovative Learning Management System (LMS) And Comprehensive Headhunting Services To Businesses In Singapore, All Through A Consultative Approach.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect Generation & Qualification:
- Utilize Various Lead Generation Techniques To Identify And Qualify Potential Clients Interested In LMS Solutions And Headhunting Services.
- Conduct In-depth Research To Understand Client Needs And Challenges.
- Consultative Selling:
- Develop Strong Relationships With Potential Clients Through Engaging Phone Conversations.
- Act As A Trusted Advisor, Effectively Presenting The Benefits Of Our LMS Platform And Headhunting Solutions To Address Their Specific Needs.
- Overcome Objections And Skillfully Guide Prospects Through The Sales Cycle.
- Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management:
- Secure Qualified Appointments For Our Sales Team To Close Deals.
- Effectively Manage Your Sales Pipeline, Tracking Progress And Following Up With Leads.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore business landscape a plus.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
