Job Description:
- Create And Implement Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Strategies That Are In Line With Company Objectives
- Ensure That Vehicles Are Ready For Operation And Up To Company Standards
- Monitor And Manage Maintenance And Repair Costs
- Ensure The Quality Of Spare Parts That Enter The Warehouse
- Coach And Develop The Human Resources In The Technical And Maintenance Department
- Manage Service Center Facilities To Ensure Smooth Work
- Evaluate The Performance Of The Service Center And Take Appropriate Actions
- Implement Company Policies And Standard Operation Procedures In Service Centers
- Guarantee The Correctness And Timeliness Of Technical And Maintenance Department Reports
- Ensure Occupational Health And Safety In Service Center Environments
Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in Passenger Car/Automotive maintenance
- Knowledge of SAP asset and maintenance modules
- Strong leadership and service excellence orientation & attention to detail
- Good time management skills, the ability to multitask and work under pressure, and strong decision-making skills.
