Job Description:
- Lead Tax Section Operation To Meet Monthly SPT Report (WHT 21/23/26/4(2)) Compliance
- Lead Activity Of Monitoring New Tax Regulation, Assessing And Implementing Into Operation
- Lead Activity Of Monthly Tax Management Report And Tax Reconciliation
- Lead Tax Section Operation In Arranging Annual SPT CIT Report And TP Doc Report
- Liaise With Tax Auditor To Response Any Audit Requirement
- Lead Tax Litigation Process (Objection, Appeal, Supreme) And Report The Progress/result To Management
- Advise Any Tax Related Issue In Business Operation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and tax from reputable university with GPA 3.0
- Has minimally 3-year experience as Tax Manager to supervise minimally 3 subordinate
- Has Tax Brevet A,B,C certificate
- Has deep understanding regarding Transfer Pricing (TP) Docs. matter
- Has deep understanding for tax litigation process (Audit/Objection/Appeal/Supreme)
- Has strong analysis and reporting skill in excel and PPT report
- Able to communicate effectively with other departments to manage the project
- Has working experience where English is the main communication language
