Job Description:
- Identify Gaps Within End-to-end Talent Cycle Strategies From Acquiring And Attracting The Right Talent, Talent Management, Talent Retention, And Succession Planning
- Manage Talent Management Program, Working Collaboratively To Enhance People Development Initiative To Support Business Needs
- Oversee And Manage Organization Development Initiative By Developing Sound Understanding Of Business Needs And Objective To Establish An Effective People Strategy
- Collaboratively Partner With HR Director And Business Leaders To Provide Advisory On Managing And Retaining Talents
Job Requirements:
- Accumulated 8+ years of experience with track-record of managing the end-to-end talent management spectrum
- Proven track record in driving and developing talent management cycle such as talent acquisition, attraction, engagement, retention, succession planning, and organizational development
- Experience of involvement in organization transformation or driving a successful change management
- Ideally coming from either the FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, or Logistics industries
- Excellent stakeholder management skill
- Fluent in English
