Job Description:
- Craft And Shape The Holistic Talent Acquisition Strategy, Refining The Approach To Finding Exceptional Talent.
- Execute And Assess Recruitment Processes With Precision To Attract Top-tier Candidates Who Align With Our Organization's Goals.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition, Build A Robust Talent Pool, And Fine-tune Our Selection Strategies To Make The Most Of Available Resources.
- Cultivate And Nurture Valuable Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners.
- Guide And Nurture Talent Within Our Organization By Aligning Processes With Our Business Objectives.
- Maintain Workforce Excellence Through Vigilant Oversight Of Our Recruitment Processes.
- Enhance Service Delivery Across All Facets Of Our Recruitment Department To Ensure Optimal Outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the hiring landscape and complexity of global talent markets.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates and the interview team throughout the hiring process.
- Results driven with proven experience recruiting top talent at scale.
- Ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demands.
- Love for problem solving: work with data to make strategic and tactical decisions.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom/Google Meet and structured).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
