Job Description:
- Supervise Team Recruitment And Its Performance
- Track Hiring Metrics (e.g. Time To Hire {Time To
Hire} And Cost Per Hire {Cost Per Hire})
- Implementing New Candidate Search Methods (e.g.
Social Recruiting And Boolean Searching)
- Checking And Selecting Job Portals As A Candidate
Sourching Tool
- Recommend Ways To Enhance Our Company Brand
- Coordinate With Other Departmental Managers To
Forecast Future Recruiting Needs
- Up-to-date On The Labor Law And Notify The
Recruitment Team And Superiors About Changes To The Regulations
- Participate In Job Fairs And Career Days On
Campus And External Events
- Org Development Improvement To Increase
Effectiveness
- Negotiating With Recruitment Vendors Regarding Several
Positions (Headhunter)
- Negotiating The Salary Of Employee Candidates At
A Certain Level
- Make A Team Recruitment Work Progress Report
- To Ensure Company Policies & Procedures Are
Implemented & Complied With

Job Requirements:
- Min. 5 years in the talent acquisition &
organization development field
- Behavioral Event Interview
- Assessment Center
- Psychotest & Interpretation
- Knowing about Mass Recruitment (Walk-In
Interviews, Job Fair)
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HR
Databases
- Labor Law
- Experience with interviews (phone and
face-to-face), Screening, and Evaluation of Candidates
- Familiar with social media and other professional
networks (like GitHub, and Linkedin)
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to interact and communicate well
- Good network and relationship with third parties
