Job Description:

  • Performing Analysis Of Hiring Needs And Provide Employee Hiring Forecast
  • Developing A Sustainable Talent Acquisition And Hiring Plans And Strategies Aligned To The Global Policies And Guidelines
  • Designing, Planning And Executing Selection Processes (screening, Test Selection, Conduct Interview, And Other Selection Process Until Job Acceptance)
  • Designing And Leading Employer Branding Strategies & Activities Aligned To The Global Employer Branding Policy
  • Building Networking With Reputable University And Vocational High School For Partnership.
  • Managing Internship Program From Promotion, Selection, And Program Implementation As Branding And Also Potential Sourcing Channels.
  • Managing Internal Company Events And Evaluation.
  • Managing Monthly IK Highlight Updates And Communication Medias To All Employees
  • Initiate Diversity And Inclusion Program And Also Employee Wellbeing Program.
  • Supporting Employee Engagement Activities.
  • Evaluating The Work Process And Initiate Improvement Project For Better Process.

Job Requirements:

  • Have a minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Industrial Engineering.
  • Have a minimum 2 years in recruitment or people development, and other HR areas.
  • Have experiences handling recruitment process, interview techniques, employer branding or corporate communication activities.
  • Have advance skills in English communication (verbal and professional writing); Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel).
  • Competencies: Being resilient, agile decision making, cultivate new & better.
