Job Description:
- Data Strategy: Develop And Implement A Data Strategy To Track, Measure, And Report On The Environmental And Social Performance Of Our Organization. Identify Relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) And Data Sources.
- Data Collection: Oversee The Collection And Aggregation Of Data Related To Sustainability, Including Energy Usage, Emissions, Waste Reduction, Supply Chain, And Social Impact Metrics. Ensure Data Quality And Accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Lead Data Analysis Efforts To Identify Trends, Anomalies, And Opportunities For Improvement. Utilize Statistical Techniques, Machine Learning, And Data Visualization To Derive Actionable Insights.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or A Related Field.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a data science role, preferably with a focus on sustainability.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, CDP, SASB).
- Experience with sustainability software and platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
