Job Description:
- Develop and manage supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and food-grade standards.
- Source and procure raw materials and packaging in compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP, SQF).
- Plan and coordinate production schedules with Manufacturing and Quality teams.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure on-time delivery and consistent product quality.
- Oversee warehouse operations, cold chain logistics, and transportation to maintain product integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement demand planning strategies to minimize waste and prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure full traceability of raw materials and products from suppliers through to retail distribution.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure supplier compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Lead initiatives to optimize supply chain costs, improve operational efficiency, and promote sustainability.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, NetSuite) for real-time supply chain tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Science, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
- Experience using ERP systems (Odoo) and supply chain planning tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly regulated environment.
- Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
