Supply Chain Manager

Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

1. Develop and manage supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and food-grade standards.
2. Source and procure raw materials and packaging in compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP, SQF).
3. Plan and coordinate production schedules with Manufacturing and Quality teams.
4. Manage relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure on-time delivery and consistent product quality.
5. Oversee warehouse operations, cold chain logistics, and transportation to maintain product integrity.
6. Monitor inventory levels and implement demand planning strategies to minimize waste and prevent stock shortages.
7. Ensure full traceability of raw materials and products from suppliers through to retail distribution.
8. Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure supplier compliance with food safety and quality standards.
9. Lead initiatives to optimize supply chain costs, improve operational efficiency, and promote sustainability.
10. Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, NetSuite) for real-time supply chain tracking, monitoring, and reporting.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Science, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management within the food and beverage industry.
3. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
4. Experience using ERP systems (Odoo) and supply chain planning tools.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly regulated environment.
7. Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
