Store Manager

1. Oversee stock receiving, storage, replenishment, and distribution while ensuring inventory accuracy and minimizing stock loss, damage, and shortages.
2. Ensure store and warehouse areas are organized, clean, safe, and compliant with company standards.
3. Manage store, warehouse, and sales teams, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
4. Monitor sales targets, gross margins, store budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses.
5. Analyze sales and inventory data, support promotional activities, and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
6. Ensure proper visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and excellent customer service.
7. Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile inventory records, and prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports.
8. Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

1. Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Retail Management, or Supply Chain.
2. 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, distribution, or warehouse management.
3. Proven experience managing store, warehouse, and sales teams.
4. Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, replenishment, and distribution processes.
5. Experienced in monitoring sales targets, gross margins, budgets, and operational costs.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with POS, ERP, or WMS systems is an advantage.
7. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
