Job Description:
- Candidate
Must Possess At Least Bachelor's Degree In Business, Management Or Equivalent
- At
Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In-store Management
- Experience
In Food Industry (ex. KFC, McD, Pizza Hut)
- Excellent Planning And Organizational Ability To Multi-task Within A Fast Pace Environment
- Strong
Interpersonal, Problem-solving Skills And Have Strong Leadership Skills To
Manage Big Team
Job Requirements:
- Monitoring
the performance and flow-through of store plans and programs
- Providing
guidance and training to subordinates in the execution of the display program,
inventory requirements and all about operation of the store
- Execute
developed business strategies and identify opportunities drive sales and
increase customer satisfaction
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met by providing a safe and clean store environment and implementing loss prevention measures
- Handle
continuous improvement program"
