Job Description:
- Select, Hire, Organize, Direct And Administer The Staff And Representatives Handling Sales, Engineering, Service Coordination, And Promotional Activities
- Plan, Organize, And Periodically Review Customer Account Assignments To Individuals And Representatives To Achieve Required Coverage To Meet Sales Objectives
- Establish And Maintain Close Relationships With Key Top Level Client Personnel And Coordinates With His Supervisor And Appropriate Sales Personnel
- Periodically Support Individual Sales Personnel And Representatives In Their Selling Effort With Their Customer
- Direct Activities Of Any Assigned Agents Or Representatives For The Company's Products, Either Directly Or Through Other Office Personnel
- Coordinate With The Operation Teams With Regards To The Company's Sales Objectives
- Analyze Local And General Business And Economic Trends As Well As Sales Activity In Competitive Trends, And Reports To Sales Management
- Personally Assist In Development Of New Markets And Sales Techniques In Conjunction With Other Groups
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience and track record in technical sales and/or service sales for rotating or turbomachinery equipment
- Other than, leadership skill, team management and development experience is also essential as this role will require a lot of directing and management of a team
- Wide industrial network to heavy industries such as Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Cement, Pulp & Paper, Fertilizer, Petrochemical, and others is very strongly needed
