Job Description:
- Provide Leadership And Direction To The Patient Services Department.
- Oversee The Day-to-day Operations Of The Department. Ensure A High Level Of Patient Satisfaction By Maintaining Excellent Customer Service Standards.
- Implement Strategies To Improve The Overall Patient Experience. Supervise And Manage A Team Of Patient Services Staff, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Evaluations.
- Foster A Collaborative And Supportive Work Environment.
- Identify Areas For Process Improvement Within The Department And Implement Changes To Enhance Efficiency And Effectiveness
- Ensure That The Department Complies With All Relevant Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards.
- Use Data And Analytics To Assess And Improve Departmental Performance.
- Manage The Budget For The Patient Services Department, Including Cost Control And Resource Allocation.
- Collaborate With Other Hospital Departments To Ensure A Coordinated Approach To Patient Care.
Job Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Budget management experience.
- Knowledge of patient service best practices and customer satisfaction strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other hospital departments and healthcare professionals.
