Job Description:
- Lead And Manage The Social Media Team, Ensuring Accountability And High-quality Output.
- Drive Overall Social Media And PR Growth, Increasing Followers, Engagement, And Brand Visibility.
- Manage Strategies And Partnerships With Key Influencers To Amplify Brand Reach And Engagement.
- Provide Tactical Insight For Day-to-day Engagement On Social Media Platforms.
- Manage The Brand Calendar And Ensure Brand Voice Coherence In All Organic Posts.
- Consolidate Art Directives To Maintain Visual Brand Consistency.
- Host Major Digital-to-physical Events, Leveraging Social Media For Promotion And Engagement.
- Oversee The Training And Skill Improvement Of The Social Media Team.
- Stay Up-to-date With Industry Trends And Social Media Best Practices.
- Monitor Metrics, Analyze Performance, And Prepare Reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in social media management, community building and engagement and/or digital marketing; preferably from fashion retail industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication (oral & written), project management, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing strategies and partnerships with influencers.
- Leadership skills; ability to train and develop the social media team.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
