Site Engineer

1. Work closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to plan, coordinate, and execute on-site construction activities.
2. Ensure all construction works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
3. Carry out site inspections, monitor project progress, and report any issues or deviations to the project management team.
4. Assist in developing construction schedules, method statements, and other required project documentation.
5. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, addressing and resolving issues encountered on site.
7. Attend project meetings and communicate with clients to understand and address their requirements and concerns.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer within the civil or structural construction industry.
3. Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve construction-related issues.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
6. Good understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality management practices.
7. Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
