Job Description:
- Provides Support To The Work Activities Of Cleaning Personnel To Ensure A Clean Environment;
- Attends Training Classes To Develop Housekeeping Techniques And Procedures, And Enhance Leadership Skills;
- Leads Workers To Ensure Their Duties, And Tasks Are Completed Timely Standards Of Cleanliness
- Investigates Complaints Regarding Housekeeping Service And Equipment, And Coordinates With Supervisor To Take Corrective Action;
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in training (preferred experienced dealing with field team) with background housekeeping or hospitality
- Great communication and understanding skill, strong ability in questioning and drawing information out from others, and able to explain technical terms in simple and understandable manner
- Able to operate e-learning platform Power Point
- Deep knowledge on various learning methodology & effectiveness
- Proficient in creating slide presentations and able to translate or adjust content from other stakeholders to fit the user's business context
- Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds with good level of empathy.
