Job Description:
- Troubleshoot And Improve Existing Processes: This Can Include Processes Written In JavaScript Or REST/SOAP Processes.
- Writing, Editing, Developing, And Maintaining Website Content. This Does Not Require Developing Webpages From Scratch, But It Does Require Knowledge Of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, And SEO Practices.
- Designing UI Elements For Our Website
- Increasing The Visibility Of Our Website To Customers, Through Established SEO Practices In Order To Enhance Sales
- Data Mining And Extrapolation From Different Sources.
- Maintaining The Integrity And Accuracy Of The Company’s Online Listed Products; Pricing, Description, And Categorization.
- Identifying Problems Uncovered By Customer Feedback And Testing And Correcting Or Referring Problems To Appropriate Personnel For Correction.
- Reviewing Project Documents And Making Necessary Revisions.
- Contributing To The Team Effort By Recommending Improved Processes
- Other Duties As Assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Master / Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Architectural Design, Cognitive Science or related field
- Experience in developing or designing digital product with large scale size (such as mobile banking platform with millions of user.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Good command in English
