Job Description:
- Work Closely With ServiceCloud Tech Lead To Deliver Product Features That Enable Efficient Handling Of Queries And Complaints Raised By Our End Users
- Contribute To Made Improvement In The Current Service Cloud Implementation In Code Level Or Configuration
- Developing Customized Solutions Within Service Cloud
- Troubleshooting Platform Issues And Fixing Bugs
- Maintaining The Security And Integrity Of The Platform And Its Software Integrations
- Writing Technical Documents And Providing Technical Training For End Users
Job Requirements:
- At least 3-5+ years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Product knowledge in Salesforce automation tools for example, process builder, workflow, and flow builder
- Understand and have knowledge in Salesforce development best practices, for example platform limitation and governor limit
- Experience in Apex programming language, Apex scheduler, Visualforce page and Lightning Web Component
- Basic understanding about Social Studio
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, including Omni Channel, Email to Case, Case Milestone and Salesforce Surveys
