Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to build partnerships and programs with schools and corporate clients.
- Identify and approach key decision-makers in schools (administrators, teachers, parent committees) and in companies (HR departments and event planners).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and corporate clients through regular communication, presentations, and networking activities.
- Customize partnership proposals and programs to align with the specific needs and objectives of each educational and corporate client.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting schools and corporate partners.
- Manage the invoicing process and ensure timely payments from partners.
- Oversee or directly manage events conducted with schools and corporate clients to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and developments in the education and corporate sectors to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, partnership progress, and revenue projections.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within:
- Indoor playgrounds
- Education sector
- Family entertainment or leisure industry
- Possess an established network or database of private schools in the Jabodetabek area that regularly organize external activities (strong advantage).
- Strong connections within the education sector, particularly schools and educational institutions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of partnership programs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and driven to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Willing and flexible to travel for business purposes (meetings, presentations, networking events).
