Job Description:
- Create A New Product Concept Through In-depth
Research Into The Market Trends
- Involve In A Product Development Project
- Conduct Both Internal And External User
Interviews
- Innovating New Products Product Regarding The
Formula, Packaging, And Other Aspects That Are Going To Be Involved In The
Product
- In Charge To Take All The Responsibility For The
Whole Product Innovation Process
- Engage Internal And External End-users To Gather Insight That Informs Product Decisions
- Generate And Distribute Product Knowledge Insight
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
- Language: Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in beauty
product development
- Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast
- Able to conduct research on current market trends
- Excellent leadership skills with experience leading product managers and cross-functional teams
- Great communication skills in order to have a
good relationship with internal and external users
- Create, manage, track and execute project plans
in a timely manner
- Capable of synthesizing data from various feedback
sources in order to inform decisions in prioritizing and designing product
features
- Keen attention to detail
