Job Description:
- Provide Support To The Regional SFE Manager To Enable An Efficient And Continuous Functioning Of The Company's CRM Solutions
- Understanding Of Country Sales And Marketing Business Processes, Database Structure And CRM Solutions
- Effectively Communicate Findings And Insights Relating To Company's CRM Solutions Operational Issue Or Gap With Country SFE, IT And Sales And Marketing Department Or Other Teams Involved, And Providing Recommendation Or Workaround To Country SFE For Closure
- Function As A Subject Matter Expert In Company's CRM Solutions To Guide Country SFE On Effective Usage Of CRM Solution That Adds Value To The Business Operations
- Proactively Monitors Open Incidents Status Related To Company's CRM And BI Solutions, Driving The Resolution Across Country, Regional And Corporate Stakeholders As Necessary
- Coordinate Country Change Management Process From End To End Including (but Not Limited To) Validate Change Request Template Submitted By Country SFE, Facilitate Review Meeting, Understanding Of Change Request Scope And Business Reasons, Review Change Request Audit Results Etc Lead For CRM Solution Releases:
- Take A Lead Role In Coordinating The New Releases Of Company's CRM Solutions With Corporate And Country Teams
- Providing Training And Guidance On The New Release To Country SFE To Ensure Smooth Transition And Effective Utilization Of The Solutions
- Assist In Project Documentation With Stakeholders Involved And Coordinating With Cross Functional Stakeholders Data Management:
- Collaborate With The Regional SFE Manager To Revamp The Data Quality Dashboards
- Identify Data Quality Issues And Assist Country SFE To Develop Suitable Remediation Actions
- Interpret Data Models And Undertake Detailed Analysis Of Data Held In A Variety Of Formats
- Utilize Data Discovery Tools To Support The Extraction, Analysis, Cleansing And Transformation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Minimum 3 years experience being a superuser of CRM systems / maintenance of CRM users
- Demonstrated experience in delivering end-user training and coordinating CRM solutions roll-out
- Project Management and time management skill
