Job Description:

  • Develop And Maintain An Effective Quality Management System (QMS) That Aligns With Industry Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
  • Implement And Enforce Quality Assurance Procedures To Ensure Consistent Product Quality Throughout The Production Process.
  • Conduct Regular Inspections, Audits, And Tests To Identify And Address Any Quality Issues.
  • Ensure Compliance With Relevant Quality And Regulatory Standards, Such As ISO, HACCP, FDA, Or Other Local And International Regulations.
  • Continuously Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement Within The Quality Management System To Enhance Efficiency, Reduce Waste, And Improve Overall Quality Performance.
  • Collaborate With Suppliers To Establish And Maintain Effective Quality Control Processes, Including Supplier Audits, Quality Agreements, And Performance Monitoring.
  • Provide Training And Guidance To Employees On Quality Standards, Procedures, And Best Practices.
  • Analyze Quality Data, Performance Metrics, And Customer Feedback To Identify Trends, Root Causes Of Quality Issues, And Implement Corrective And Preventive Actions.
  • Oversee The Handling And Resolution Of Customer Complaints Related To Product Quality, Coordinating Investigations, And Implementing Corrective Actions.
  • Identify And Assess Quality-related Risks And Develop Risk Mitigation Strategies.
  • Lead And Manage A Team Of Quality Professionals, Providing Guidance, Mentorship, And Performance Feedback.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
  • Proven 3 years of experience in a senior quality management role within the FMCG industry or Pharmacy with a total 10 years of professional experience
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations, such as ISO 9001, HACCP, FDA regulations, etc.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
  • Experience in implementing and managing quality assurance programs and driving process improvements.
  • Knowledge of supplier quality management and auditing processes.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and statistical tools to analyze quality data and identify trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities to lead and manage a team of quality professionals.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar are a plus.
