Job Description:
- Plan, Execute And Evaluate The
Construction Project According To The Strict Deadline, Quality Of Work, And
Budget.
- Acquiring Resources, And
Coordinating Team Member, Contractor, And Consultant.
- Propose Idea To The Owner To
Produce Concept, Schematics, And Detailed Project, And Reporting The Progress
Project Frequently.
- Lead The Project Management
Team To Ensure The Project Running Smoothly Based On The Plan.
- Check And Develop The Criteria For Selecting Contractor, Consultant, And Other Vendors.
- Monitor And Control The
Database Of Material Prices, Wages And Active Employment In The Site.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor Degree in
Civil Engineering / Architecture, preferably Master's degree in Management.
- 5 - 7 years experience in
the playground contractor.
- Ability to plan and control
the process of construction management (scheduling, budgeting, monitoring, QC,
and project management).
- Able to coordinate with
owner regarding control and monitoring consultants and contractor work.
- Target oriented, have the
leadership skills, problem solving, and integrity.
- Experience with project management software tools and applications.
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
