Job Description:
- Develop And Implement Product Strategies That Align With Business Objectives And Collaborate With Other Teams.
- Manage Product Roadmaps And OKRs For Assigned Teams.
- Ensure Product Alignment Across Pods And Product Groups.
- Prioritize, Define, Execute, And Analyze The Impact Of Product Initiatives.
- Possess In-depth Product Knowledge And Understand Its Value To Customers.
- Translate User Requirements Into User Stories And Acceptance Criteria For Engineering And Design Teams.
- Actively Participate In Scrum Activities, Including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, And Backlog Grooming.
- Engage With Various Stakeholders, Including Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, And Marketing, To Ensure Roadmap Execution.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or management preferred.
- Exposure on Business Platform Onboarding or Disbursement or Payment preferred
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of success in delivering innovative products.
- Experienced working in a fintech company
- Deep understanding of data, software engineering, and business processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with relevant teams.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using data and metrics to justify requirements.
- High attention to detail, commitment to high standards, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
