Job Description:
- Formulate The Long-term Product Strategy, Half-yearly OKRs,
And Strategic Initiatives To Ensure Delivery Of Key Business Goals In
Collaboration With Stakeholders From Engineering, Product, Business, Growth And
Finance
- Capture Insights From Merchant-partner Feedback,
Experiments, Research, And Data Analysis To Identify Trends And Pinpoint The
Drivers Behind Them; Translate These Insights Into Tactical Solutions To
Improve Our Products
- Deliver Personalized And Relevant Experiences For Our
Customers By Working Closely With Data Science And Engineering Teams
- Lead A Cross-functional Team, Partnering With Engineering,
Design, And Other Teams To Ship Major Features And Product Improvements
- Understand That “one Size Doesn’t Fit All” And Conceptualize
Solutions That Are Configurable And Adaptable To The Maximum Extent Possible
- Be In The Details. Know Your Team's Work And Partner Team’s
Work In-depth And Understand The Impact On Your Team And Stakeholders
- Define Scalable Processes For The Team To Follow Resulting In Gains In Efficient Delivery, Better Communication, And Feedback Cycles
- Ensure Operational Readiness For New Products / Promotional
Launches
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working in the product
management space, preferably in a consumer-facing product
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills; ability
to lead a team across multiple locations
- Understanding of Payments / Prior experience in Payments and working on data science related products will be a plus
- Able to work with agile product development teams and able to identify new ways to help your team be effective
- Experience in working with distributed teams is desiredIndependent and curious, you set your own targets, ask for help when you need it, and are always looking to learn something new
- Strong communication skills, the ability to summarize complex and technical topics to a wide range of audiences
- You are a self-starter, you love to understand systems inside out and make it your mission to deliver quality products
