Job Description:
- Lead A Team Of Mobile Developers In The Ideation And Technical Development Of An Innovative Mobile Application To Streamline And Automate Critical Business Processes
- Cultivate A Culture Where Team Members Are Empowered And Demonstrate A Strong Sense Of Ownership And Belonging To The Products
- Design And Build Advanced Applications For The IOS / Android Platform
- Maintain Code Quality And Test Coverage
- Perform Code Reviews For Mobile Application Development
- Monitor Mobile Application Performance Continuously
- Ensure The Team Is Working Productively Cross-team And Cultivating Relationships To Drive The Growth Of The Products
- Ensure The Team Builds A Mobile Application That Is Architecturally Consistent, Of High Quality, And That Follows Operational Best Practices
- Ensure The Team Ships Products, Features, And Bug Fixes Regularly
- Work Closely With Cross-functional Teams To Define, Design, And Ship New Features
- Collaborate With Cross-national Teams For Mobile Application Development
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience from a reputable university
- Min 5 - 6 years of experience as a software engineer
- Min 3 years of mobile developer in an industry-leading company
- Have advanced knowledge of programming language & SaaS products
- Deep understanding of Cross-platform Frameworks for Mobile Development
- Experience to develop Fintech/Digital Banking apps or working at Fintech/Digital Wallet/Banking company preferred
- Have experience in developing iOS/Android apps in their own native language
- Practical experience in using Flutter2 in mobile development
- Understanding of State Management in Flutter
- Comfortable solving complex problems through technology
- Able to write product specifications and actively participate in the planning phase; able to write model code for functional and non-functional requirements, including improving the code quality standard across the team
- Have strong verbal and written English
