Job Description:
- Lead and manage consulting projects or workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Conduct research, analyse complex data, transform findings into actionable insights, and develop strategic recommendations for clients.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships while serving as a reliable advisor.
- Share expertise, mentor team members, contribute ideas, and lead by example to foster professional excellence within the team.
- Drive business development by supporting proposals, client pitches, identifying new opportunities, and applying innovative tools or methods to enhance project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
- 4–6 years of experience in management consulting.
- Proven experience leading consulting projects or workstreams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and able to build trust and credibility with clients and colleagues.
