Job Description:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build And Maintain Strong, Long-lasting Relationships With Key Decision-makers And Stakeholders Within Assigned Accounts.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop A Deep Understanding Of Clients' Business Objectives And Challenges, Positioning Our Industrial Robot Products As Essential Solutions To Meet Their Evolving Needs.
  • Solution Selling: Identify Opportunities For Upselling And Cross-selling Our Range Of Robotic Products And Services, Effectively Demonstrating Their Value Propositions.
  • Negotiations: Lead Negotiations Of Contracts, Pricing, And Terms, Ensuring Mutual Satisfaction And Sustainable Partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay Informed About Industry Trends, Competitors, And Market Dynamics To Drive Strategic Decision-making And Capitalize On Emerging Opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work Closely With Internal Teams Including Sales, Engineering, And Product Development To Align Strategies And Ensure Seamless Execution.
  • Reporting: Provide Accurate And Timely Sales Forecasts, Account Status Reports, And Activity Updates To Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience of 5 years in key account management within the industrial robotics or factory automation sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation and robotic technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, plan, and execute sales initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforces preferred.
