HR Supervisor

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. Our clients have been some of the leading brands in Indonesia, and this service continues to expand.

Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

1. Oversee payroll and C&B administration, including salary processing, BPJS, employee benefits, and related employee welfare programs.
2. Handle Industrial Relations and Employee Relations, including employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and resolution of workplace issues.
3. Ensure proper handling of HR legal and compliance matters, including employment regulations, government coordination, employment agreements, and CLA/PKB.
4. Support the full employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, onboarding, training, development, promotion, and employee movement.
5. Maintain accurate HR data and documentation through HRIS, while providing day-to-day HR support aligned with business requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of HR experience, particularly in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Industrial Relations.
3. Solid understanding of Indonesian employment regulations, HR compliance, BPJS, and employment-related legal matters.
4. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and general HR operations.
5. Fluent in English with good Microsoft Office and HRIS skills; BNSP certification would be an advantage.
