Job Description:
Oversee financial operations: planning, reporting, analysis, and compliance with PSAK/IFRS and internal policies.
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, ensuring timely payments, collections, and healthy cash flow.
Develop debt management strategies and customer credit policies to mitigate financial risks.
Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, customers, and banks; negotiate favorable financial terms.
Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate internal and external audits.
Lead, train, and develop finance team; implement and monitor financial SOPs for efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management or Accounting; Master’s degree (S2) or professional certifications such as CPA / CA / CMA are preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in chemical trading, manufacturing, or distribution industries is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), cash flow management, bank loans, and supplier financing.
Proficient in using Accurate Accounting Software and advanced Microsoft Excel and Word.
Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
Strong business acumen.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
