Job Description:
- Lead The Delivery Of Models And Analytical Products.
- Liaise Closely With Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, And Developers To Ensure That Models, Analytics Workflows, Data Pipelines, And MLOps Processes Are Well-delivered.
- Oversee MLOps Best Practices, Focusing On Automating The Processes Of Monitoring Models For Performance Drift, Retraining Models As Required, And Validating The Newly Trained Models.
- Provide Analytics Technical Leadership To Relevant Teams.
- Work Collaboratively With Project And Digital & Technology Teams To Ensure Seamless Integration Of Models And Analytics Workflows Into The Holistic Product And Wider Business Ecosystems.
- Engage And Build Strong Working Relationships With Product Stakeholders And Relevant Subject-matter Experts.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years in a data science roles, with demonstrable experience in developing and deploying advanced analytical products.
- Strong technical skills encompassing python, R, SQL, and an understanding of architectural patterns used in modern cloud data environments.
- Expertise in ML models, optimization solutions.
- Experienced with model training, testing, and validation and in delivering robust models using them.
- Capable of designing and implementing performant analytics workflows
- Expertise in data science languages and frameworks, preferably Python, pandas, and pySpark.
- Understanding of MLOps best practices and how to apply them to cloud-based analytics and data products.
