Job Description:
- Design And Implement Data Pipelines To Collect, Transform, And Load Data From Various Sources Into Data Storage Systems, Such As Data Warehouses Or Data Lakes.
- Develop And Maintain Data Models To Ensure Data Is Structured And Organized For Efficient Querying And Analysis.
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Integrate Data From Different Systems And Sources, Ensuring Data Quality And Consistency.
- Manage And Optimize Databases And Data Warehouses, Including Performance Tuning, Indexing, And Data Partitioning.
Implement And Maintain Data Security Measures, Ensuring The Protection Of Sensitive And Confidential Data
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in data engineering, with a focus on designing and developing data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Expertise in data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
