Job Description:
- Prepare
Data From All Sources Available Including But Not Limited To Transactional
Data, Loyalty Data, Surveys, Sales, Space And Promotional Data In Addition To
Market Research Reports To Provide Concise And Relevant Information To Key
Internal Stakeholders.
- Analyze
Customer And Transactional Data To Deliver Insight Leads To Customer Focused
Decisions.
- Analyze The Post Campaign Analysis To Report And Develop Actionable Recommendations And Insight To Future Campaign.
- Define
Best Practice Analytics To Driving Improvements And Efficiencies In CRM
Process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor
degree majoring in Statistics, MBA, Economics, Engineers.
- Have
2+ years’ experience in Data Analytic or Data Scientist (from Banking/Financial
sector preferable).
- Experience
in CRM Databases, SAS (or equivalent), SQL, Micro Strategy, Excel, Campaign
Management.
- Knowledge
in data mining, business intelligent, analysis tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Great
presentation skills & analytical thinking.
