Job Description:
- Identifying And Generating Leads, Proactively Introducing New Clients, And Improving Client Experience.
- Executing Business Development And Marketing Initiatives In Accordance To The Firm, Both In Local And Regional Practice Group.
- Working Closely With Partners And Associates In Both Indonesia And Within The Region To Deliver Pitch Materials, Sometimes Within The Tight Deadline.
- Being A Strategic Key Partner In Submitting Proposal, And Following Up To The Clients (leads, Contracts, And Proposals).
- Asisting In Preparing And Managing Marketing Activities Such As Webinars, Events, Thought Leadership Workshops, Sales Materials And Capability Statements - And Working Closely With The PR, Social Media And Event Teams.
- Regularly Reviewing The System And Processes, And Supporting Across The Entire Collection Process.
- Developing Excellent Partnerships Across The Practice Team, Regional And Global BD Team And Other Support Functions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 5 years business development working experience in reputable company - ideally a law firm / similar setting.
- Direct experience in managing client (not only having direct access with the clients, but the ability to manage them).
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and adaptability, energetic and result-oriented.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and highly-organized.
- Ability to work independently and being very hands on.
