Job Description:
- Lead and manage consulting projects or workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Perform research, analyse complex information, transform findings into actionable insights, and develop strategic recommendations for clients.
- Establish strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout engagements.
- Contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, providing valuable ideas, and demonstrating professional excellence.
- Drive innovation by introducing tools, methodologies, or approaches that improve project execution.
- Support business development efforts through proposal preparation, client presentations, and identifying new business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
- 4-6 years of experience in management consulting.
- Must have prior experience leading consulting projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Trustworthy, professional, and able to inspire confidence in clients and colleagues.
