Job Description:
- Conduct research, analyse complex data, translate findings into clear insights, and generate client recommendations.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a reliable advisor.
- Strengthen the team by sharing expertise, mentoring, contributing ideas, and setting an example of professional excellence.
- Demonstrate innovation, tools, or methods that enhance project delivery.
- Support business development through proposals, pitches, and identifying opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
- 3–4 years of experience in management consulting.
- Must have prior experience leading consulting projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Trustworthy, professional, and able to inspire confidence in clients and colleagues.
