Job Description:
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow; prepare short- and mid-term cash forecasts.
- Plan daily and weekly payment schedules, ensuring smooth fund disbursement.
- Record and manage all financial data in Xero
- Reconcile bank transactions daily and maintain accurate books.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Prepare and input payment instructions on online banking platforms
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5+ years in full-cycle accounting, preferably in trading or export/import companies.
- Software Expertise: Hands-on experience with Xero is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR/AP, and cash flow forecasting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling large datasets.
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with international trade documentation and multi-currency transactions is a plus.
